Beachbody - Wow

A dedicated fitness company that looks at modern living and the stresses that it causes. Their answer is an absolute balanced, ​healthy eating plan, no fad diets. Workouts that are high quality and peer system, via Beachbody coaches, for accountability. 

- Company with a clear vision: To tackle the obesity epidemic. 1 in 4 people are obese, £25.000 spent in every minute by the NHS with obesity related illnesses...Scary statistics.

- Direct marketing system. I wish it was not but it is so get on with it. By the way the pay is generous!

- Quality instructions during workouts - This is one of my biggies. For total beginner or with history of regular injuries I'd still recommend 1:1 sessions to learn basic movements/techniques.

 - Shakeology - Protein based superfood, all ingredients are carefully resources and treated. Tasty! Not a meal replacement.

- Affordable or shall I say can you afford to live healthier and happier and pass on your way of living to your children? So, can you not afford that?

 - Coaching system  - Accountability - Winner!

I am just really trying to emphasize that losing weight has nothing to do with what type of work or you are doing.

Weight Loss happens when Calorie Deficit Occurs. Knowing your Basal Metabolic Rate, Calorie Intake  versus your Calorie burn. For example, you BMR is 2000 Kcal but your intake is 2200, you will put on weight. But also, if you do not eat enough, your body goes into survival mode and will convert fat easily. THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES!

 Bad news for Ladies, fat burn for Us is longer since we were created to reproduce, we store fat easily and can survive much longer than Men. Plus, not to forget about your Hormones and how 4 week in a month will have a massive impact on how you feel and what type of exercises will work for you best....
