I am Maz Doddds, and I am here for you - to help you to retrain and teach you how to reconnect your body and mind, or simply take you to the next level of your desired fitness.
Since I was old enough to run, (a few years ago now), I have maintained a passionate and committed involvement in Sport, Health and Fitness. Whilst growing up in Hungary I was part of a professional basketball team, and on moving to the U.K. I was as a successful Personal Trainer in London. Here I passed my PT qualifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a brand leading training provider based in the U.S., and gained valuable experience with wide spectrum of clients.
Since moving to Scotland I have got married and given birth to my amazing son, worked at David Lloyd's, Ballantyne's and basketballscotland and continued to invest in myself with a series of professional qualifications including Pilates and Strength and Conditioning. I also represent Scotland as an International Basketball Referee certified by FIBA.
I believe spinal health, flexibility and core strength is a necessary must this day and age. I will not only show you what is a benefit for you, but help you understand your body and why and how the exercises are helping you in your goals.
Pilates gives a trustworthy structure to any training you choose and can be tailored to your individual needs, whether it is in one of my classes or a 1:1 session.
